Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do Our Puppies Come Fully Vaccinated?

Yes! Here at Blue Line Corso Kennels we strongly believe in healthy Litters & Puppies, So our families know their new puppies is 100% healthy and parasite free!

Are Our Cane Corso Puppies Ears Trimmed?

That is totally up to you and your family! We strongly believe that all Corso’s should have ears trimmed due to prevent infections and Its the Breed Standard But that is up to you!

Do Our Puppies Come With Docked Tails?

At Blue Line Corso Kennels, the health, safety, and comfort of our puppies is always a top priority. Tail docking is performed early in life to ensure the safest and most stress-free experience possible.

  • Tails are docked between 2–5 days old, when puppies are at the earliest stage of development
  • We use a livestock-grade elastic rubber band method, which is safe, clean, and commonly used
  • This method is designed to be gentle and minimally invasive, allowing the process to be as comfortable as possible for the puppy
  • The band naturally reduces circulation to the tip of the tail, and it will fall off on its own within 7–14 days
  • Each puppy’s tail is closely monitored and regularly checked throughout the process
  • We ensure every tail is properly healed, clean, and free from any signs of infection before the puppy goes home

We take every step to make sure the process is handled with care and professionalism, giving each puppy a healthy start.

Are Breeding Rights Included?

At Blue Line Corso Kennels, we are deeply committed to protecting the integrity, health, and reputation of our bloodline.

  • Breeding rights are not included with any of our puppies
  • Breeding rights are not available for purchase at any time

This policy is in place to ensure our program remains controlled, ethical, and consistent in quality. By limiting breeding, we are able to:

  • Maintain the strength and predictability of our bloodline
  • Prevent irresponsible or unplanned breeding
  • Uphold breed standards, temperament, and health
  • Protect our dogs from being placed into breeding situations that do not meet our standards

All puppies are sold as companion animals only, with the expectation that they will be placed in loving, responsible homes.

We take great pride in our program and carefully plan each litter. This level of control allows us to continue producing Cane Corsos that meet our expectations in structure, temperament, and overall quality.

Our goal is not just to sell puppies, but to preserve and improve the breed while ensuring every dog we produce has the best possible future.

Do We Have To Sign A Contact?

At Blue Line Corso Kennels, the well-being of our puppies is our highest priority. To ensure every dog is placed in a safe, responsible, and committed home, all buyers are required to review and sign our adoption contract prior to purchasing a puppy.

This contract is designed to clearly outline the care expectations, responsibilities, and standards that we uphold for every puppy we produce.

Co-Ownership Agreement

  • Each puppy is placed under a co-ownership agreement until they are spayed or neutered at the appropriate age specified in our contract

We implement this policy to:

  • Ensure puppies are not bred irresponsibly or prematurely
  • Protect the long-term health and development of the dog by allowing proper maturity before any procedures
  • Maintain the integrity of our bloodline and program standards
  • Provide an added level of accountability and support for our buyers

This agreement is not meant to restrict, but rather to support both the puppy and the new owner, ensuring the best possible outcome for everyone involved.

At Blue Line Corso Kennels, we stand behind every puppy we produce and remain committed to their health, safety, and lifelong well-being.
